COLD TACO SALAD

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
Lettuce
Green Onions
Mushrooms
Bell Peppers
Cilantro
Grated Cheese
Tortilla Chips
Russian or Catalina Salad Dressing

Directions

Brown ground beef or turkey. Drain grease and stir in taco seasoning. Allow to cool.

Cut up lettuce, green onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and cilantro. Add cooled meat and grated cheese and crumbled tortilla chips. Add salad dressing and mix thoroughly.

Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
