CUCUMBERS IN SOUR CREAM

(Makes: 4 - 5 Serving)

Ingredients

1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
½ cup dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 to 2 drops Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. dill seed
dash of pepper

Directions

Thinly slice 1 cucumber; sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt; let stand 30 minutes. Drain. Don\'t forget to drain! Combine remaining ingredients; pour over sliced cucumbers. Chill about 30 minutes.
