CREAMY COLESLAW

This recipe is an old favorite for large gatherings, summer or winter.
This recipe makes alot of dressing, so mix in a bit at a time until its to your liking.

(Makes: 6-8 Servings)

Ingredients

4 cups Cabbage, pref. red and white
1 Large carrot
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
pinch Sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Shred the cabbage and carrot using a grater or food processor.

In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

About one hour before serving, add the dressing (a bit at a time) to the slaw, until creamy enough for you. Refrigerate.
