Ingredients

2 kg koekmeel
2 pakkies kitskorrels
2 koppies suiker
1e sout
driekwart k botter
3 k melk gekook & afgekoel
1½ k water

Directions

1. Gooi korrels gis en sout by meel
2. Meng melk en water
3. Smelt botter en suiker daarin. Laat afkoel
4. Maak meel daarmee aan en knie goed vir ± 15min
5. Maak toe en rys ± 1uur of tot dubbel die grootte
6. Knie af en maak bolletjies
7. Laat rys en bak
