Ingredients

1 kg selfrysende bakmeel.
500 gram koekmeel.
100 gram maisena.
50 gram custardpoeier.
2.5 koppie suiker
2.5 koppie kokosnoot.
5 teelepels bakpoeier.
1 teelepel sout.
1 teelepel vanielje.
3 eiers
500 gram margarien.
500 mliter karringmelk.

Directions

Meng die gesmelte margarien en karringmelk goed
Voeg verdere bestanddele by en knie deeglik.
Pak mengsel in 'n bakblik en sny in skywe.
Bak 30 minute vir 180°c / 350°F.
Na 'n halfuur sny weer.
Laat afkoel en laat droogword.
