Ingredients

1kg groenbone gekerf
2 uie, in ringe gesny
375ml hoenderaftreksel
2 knoffelhuisies, fyngedruk
250ml asyn
¼ koppie suiker
5ml sout
5-10ml kerriepoeier
knippie rooipeper
15ml mielieblom gemeng met bietjie water

Directions

Plaas die groenboontjies, uie, hoenderaftreksel en knoffel in 'n middelmatige swaarboomkastrol en laat ongeveer 10 minute sonder die deksel vinnig kook tot net gaar. Meng die asyn, suiker, sout, kerrie en rooipeper. Voeg by die boontjies en laat net opkook. Verdik met bietjies-bietjies mielieblom tot die mengsel mooi bind. Laat afkoel en bottel.
