RASPBERRY SALAD DRESSING

Very Good Good OK Bad Very Bad

An absolutely delicious salad dressing that is a
house dressing at a five star restaurant that shall be left unnamed.
Very tangy and sweet. Like a creamy Raspberry Vinagarette.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Makes: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic , minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
salt
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well with wisk.
2. Refridgerate 1 hour before use.

Use this dressing on a bed of greens tossed with toasted walnuts, mandarin orange segments, and bleu cheese crumbles.
