THOUSAND ISLAND MAYONNAISE

This is ideal to serve with meat fondues or as dips.

(Makes: 4-6 Servings)

Ingredients

Mayonnaise - 300 ml (10 fl oz)
Double cream - 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 4 tsp
Chilli sauce - ½ tsp
Stuffed olives - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Onion - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Green pepper - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Hard boiled egg - 1, shelled, finely chopped
Fresh parsley - 3 tbsp, finely chopped

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Chill before using.
