BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

2 pk Frozen or cut broccoli
sm Amount grated onion
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Grated sharp cheddar
2 Eggs
Cracker crumbs

Directions

Boil broccoli 5 minutes; drain & cool slightly.
Mix all other ingredients (wet first, then dry) & then add broccoli.
Put into buttered baking dish,
sprinkle a small amount of cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
This may be frozen before baking.
