CORN PUDDING

This is sweet enough to be a dessert, but its really a delicious side dish.

Ingredients

2 cups corn, cut from fresh corn, or use canned or frozen corn.
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs - lightly beaten
2 cups milk
2 T. butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except milk & butter. Add butter to milk and heat until butter melts. Add to corn mixture. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole. Bake one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
