MOCK OYSTER DIP

Very Good Good OK Bad Very Bad

(Makes: 6 to 8 Servings)

Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter, (4 ounces)
2 rolls garlic cheese (Kraft processed cheese), (6 oz each)
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, (10 oz each)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tabasco Sauce, to taste

Directions

Cook onion in butter until tender; add cheese. Cook over low heat (or microwave) until melted. Add other ingredients. Cook until heated through. Serve with crackers or chips.
