MINI PARTY QUICHE

Ingredients

4 large eggs
3/4 cup thickened cream
3 shallots, finely sliced
125g edam cheese, grated
250g lean ham, diced
Freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
5 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
Paprika

Directions

Whisk eggs and cream together in a large bowl.
Add shallots, cheese, ham, pepper and stock powder.
Using a 9cm round cutter, cut 5 circles from each sheet of pastry.
Ease pastry circles into a Bessemer Gourmet Griddle and spoon in 2-3 tablespoons of filling.
Sprinkle with paprika and cook on a low heat 30-35 minutes.
Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
