AFRICAN LAMB CHOPS

(Makes: 6 Servings)

Ingredients

10 to 12 lamb chops
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, Worcestershire,
mustard and salt in a large bowl.
Marinate chops for 1 hour. Remove chops; reserve marinade.
Pat chops dry with paper towel.

Pan fry chops in melted butter until brown and tender.
Bring marinade to a boil in small saucepan;
reduce heat and simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.

Serve chops with heated marinade.
