Ingredients

3 koppies Cremorapoeier.
1½ koppies kookwater.
1 blikkie kondensmelk.
halwe koppie suurlemoensap.
1 pakkie Tennisbeskuitjies.

Directions

1. Meng 3 koppies Cremorapoeier op 1½ koppie kookwater saam. Laat afkoel (sit in vrieskas verkieslik)
2. Klop met klitser tot styf.
3. Voeg die kondensmelk by en direk daarna suurlemoensap.
4. Skep in twee tertborde wat met tennisbeskuitjies uitgepak is.
5. Krummel van die beskuit wat oor is, oor die tert.
5. Dit is beter as u \'n vierkantige bak gebruik. Verskillende lekkernye kan bo-oor gesit word.
Ek het hierdie gebruik as \'n nagereg vir \'n braai. Saam met die tert het ek spanspek gegee.
