Ingredients

8 klein piesangs
40g botter
1 suurlemoen (sap)
3 eetl gekerfde klapper
3 eetl sagte bruinsuiker
3 eetl rum of van der Hum

Directions

1. Skil piesangs en, indien groot, halveer. Plaas langs mekaar in gebotterde vuurvaste bak sodat hulle styf teen mekaar lê. Sprinkel eweredig met suurlemoensap, dan klapper, daarna suiker en uiteindelik rum. Sit klontjies van oorblywende botter bo-op en bak in die middel van voorafverhitte oond.
2. Bak totdat piesangs sag is en die gereg bo-op `n diep goue kleur het.
3. Dien op met dun room.
4. Gooi ekstra eetlepel rum in \'n verhitte lepel, flambeer en dien piesangs brandend op.
