HOENDERLEWER PERI-PERI

Ingredients

2 x 250g Hoenderlewers, gewas en skoongemaak
3 middelslag uie, in ringe gesny
Vars gemaalde seesout
Vars gemaalde swart peper
Gedroogde knoffel vlokkies
Knorr Peri-Peri
± ½ koppie Sonneblomolie
2 Eetlepels Bisto
300-350 ml Water
½ koppie Perskeblatjang

Directions

1. Gooi die olie en so ½ koppie peri-peri in \'n braaipan en soteer die uie daarin.
2. Geur intussen die hoenderlewers met sout, peper en knoffel.
3. Sodra die uie deurskynend begin raak voeg jy die hoenderlewers by en roerbraai tot gaar.
4. Maak die Bisto aan met die water en voeg blatjang by. Giet oor die hoenderlewermengsel, roer goed deur en laat prut oor lae hitte vir ongeveer 7 minute of totdat die sous lekker dik is.
Bedien onmiddellik saam met vars broodrolletjies - as \'n voorgereg, of saam met rys en \'n mengelslaai as hoofgereg.
