Skil sowat 10 knoffelhuisies.

Ingredients


250 g margarien.
1 doppie brandewyn / port / whiskey (na smaak)
bossie vars gekapte pietersielie (vir die lekker - nie vir die reuk nie).
1 teelepel gemengde droë kruie / of oreganum ens.

Directions

1. Ont\"pit\" die knoffelhuisies en kneus.(As jy nie \'n knoffeldrukker-\"kneuser\" besit nie druk die huisie plat met die platkant van \'n breëlem mes. Strooi \'n knippie sout oor en kap dan fyn.)
2. Klits die margarien tot wit-romerig.
3. Meng die knoffel en brandewyn by.
4. Hou maklik 2-3 maande in die yskas.
