Ingredients

1 kg prosseseerkaas
1 lt langlewe melk (Bv. Everfresh)

Directions

1. Rasper die kaas. Verhit die melk op die stoof (nie tot kookpunt nie, net lekker warm).
2. Gooi die kaas by die melk, en roer totdat die kaas heeltemal gesmelt het. Dit vat nogal \'n rukkie.
3. Gooi dan in houers en laat afkoel. Jy kan ook, terwyl die kaas smelt in die melk, enige geursel bygooi wat jy verkies (bv. fyn biltong, spek, peperkorrels, ens).


Die smeer spaar jou omtrent R10 per botteltjie en is HEERLIK!
