Ingredients

250 ml wit suiker
25 ml mosterdpoeier
12,5 ml koekmeelblom
1 ml sout
125 ml asyn
125 ml water
2 groot eiers

Directions

1. Meng suiker, mosterdpoeier, koekmeelblom en sout in diep bak.
2. Voeg asyn en water by en meng - mikrogolf vir 4 min by 100% krag. Roer na 2 min.
3. Klits die eiers, klits nou bietjie van kokende sous by eiers, voeg res van die eiermengsel by kokende sous en roer goed. Mikrogolf 3 min by 50% krag en roer elke minuut.
