4 - 5 middelgrootte aartappels
1 groot ui in skywe gesny
4 - 5 eiers
Sout

Directions

1. Sny aartappels in skywe
2. Kook in olie - nie pap nie
3. Braai uie - nie bruin nie
4. Klits eiers liggies met vurk net deurmekaar
5. Skep aartappels en uie (warm) in geklitste eier
6. Meng baie liggies en gooi in pan - skud pan heeltyd
7. Sit plat bord op pan en keer versigtig uit - skuif terug in pan
