- Bedien met \'n groenslaai en lekker volkoringbrood.

Ingredients

1 pak wit vis (sonder grate)
2 tamaties
1 ui
3 eetl. tamatiesous
1 eetlepel Worcestersous
1 koppie mayonaisse
Tobascosous na smaak
6 gekookte fyngemaakte
aartappels ( kapokaartappels)
sout en peper na smaak
knippie suiker
1 klein pakkie kaas en uie aartappelskyfies
1 koppie gerasperde kaas

Directions

1. Sny vis in stukke en kook in \'n bietjie soutwater tot gaar. Dreineer en vlok die vis.
2. Braai tamatie en uie saam en voeg speserye by na smaak.
3. Meng die vis, tamatie en uie mengsel, fyn aartappels, en die res van die Bestanddele behalwe die pakkie aartappelskyfies en kaas saam.
4. Skep in oondbak.
5. Druk aartappelskyfies fyn en strooi bo-oor mengsel.
6. Strooi kaas bo-oor en bak in voorverhitte oond van ongeveer 180°C tot kaas gesmelt het.


Opmerking: genoeg porsies vir \'n gesin van vier.
