Ingredients

1kg (6 groot) aartappels
1 pakkie gekapte spek
125ml kookolie
2 uie in blokkies gesny
125ml blatjang
125ml asyn
250ml melk
15ml mielieblom

Directions

1. Kook aartappels in skil, in soutwater tot gaar
2. Trek skille af, sny in blokkies en hou warm
3. Braai spek in 25ml olie tot gaar, skep uit en hou warm saam met aartappels
4. Braai uie in dieselfde pan tot gaar
5. Voeg res van olie, blatjang en asyn by, en kook ongeveer 2 min. sonder deksel
6. Meng mielieblom en melk, gooi stadig by uiemengsel terwyl jy dit vinnig inroer, roerkook vir verdere 2 min
7. Meng aartappels en spek, gooi uiesous oor en meng liggies
8. Hou in lou-oond tot benodig.
