Ingredients

1 k koekmeelblom
Knippie sout
2 eiers
1 t bakpoeier
¼ k melk
¾ k suiker
1 klein blikkie tertapples (425 g)

Directions

Klits eiers goed.
Voeg suiker by en klop.
Sif meelblom, bakpoeier en sout.
Voeg by eiermengsel om die beurt met melk.
Klop goed.
Gooi in gesmeerde tertbord.
Rangskik tertappels eweredig in die koekmengsel.

Bak vir 'n halfuur teen 180°C / 350°F .

Stroop:
¾ k suiker
1 k room
1 t karamelessens
Kook bogenoemde saam vir 5 minute.
Gooi kokend oor gaar koekmengsel.
