Ingredients

Kors:
1 kop. meelblom.
1/4 tl. sout.
1 1/2 eetl. melk of eier.
1/2 kop. olie.
1 tl. suiker.
1 tl. bakpoeier.

Vulsel:
1 blik aspersies.
2 eetl. gerasperde kaas.
4 eetl. krummels.
1 1/2 kop. vloeistof van aspersies en melk.
2 eetl. botter.
1 eetl. meel.

Directions

Kors:
Sif droë bestanddele saam. Klits eier of melk met olie en meng met
droë bestanddele. Druk vas in tertpan en bak vir 10 minute. teen
200°C / 400°F.

Vulsel:
Maak witsous van meel, botter, sout en vloeistof. Pak aspersies in
kors. Strooi kaas en broodkrummels oor en skep witsous bo - oor.
Nog kaas en krummels bo - oor. Bak teen 190 Grade C vir 10 - 15min
