(Heerlik saam met Mengelslaai en Braaivleis)

Ingredients

500 Gram Bruismeel
5 ml Sout
1 Blikkie (340 ml) Bier

Directions

Sif die droë bestanddele saam. Voeg die bier by.
Knie effens totdat die deeg glad is. Maak 'n
vorm van brood en plaas dit in 'n gesmeerde
broodpannetjie. Laat dit rys vir 20 minute.
Bak vir ±45 minute by 180°c / 350°F.
