Ingredients

1 kop. geurige dik wit sous.
57 g. ( 2 onse ) gerasperde kaas.
113 g. gerasperde biltong.
2 eiers.

Directions

Klop warm witsous by eiergele. Vou kaas en biltong in mengsel. Vou
styfgeklopte eierwitte in mengsel. Proe en voeg nodige by. Skep in
gesmeerde vierkantige bak. Bak 15 minute of tot goudbruin in matige
oond. Sny in blokkies en sit dadelik voor.
