Ingredients

500g sakkie Cremora
1 koppie yskaswater
2 blikkies kondesmelk
250ml suurlemoensap
1 pakkie tennisbeskuitjies

Directions

Gooi Cremora in mengbak. Voeg yskaswater by (dit moet yskaswater wees) en klits tot glad. Voeg kondesmelk bly en hou aan klits. Voeg nou die suurlemoensap by, nie alles op een slag nie, anders word dit nie styf nie. Klits die heel tyd en gooi so kort-kort 'n spuit suurlemoensap by. Dit moet so ongeveer 15 min neem om die hele botteltjie in te spuit.
Teen die tyd is die mengsel baie dik.
Pak tennisbeskuitjies in bak uit en skep mengsel bo-oop, en krummel beskuitjies bo-oor. Dit kan dadelik geëet word of in die yskas gebêre word vir later.
