Ingredients

4 x 500 ml suiker
20 x 250 ml kookwater
5 ml droë gis
50 ml rosyntjies, gekneus
10 ml Jamaica gemmer
12,5 g kremetart ('n halwe pakkie)

Directions

Los die suiker in die kookwater op en laat afkoel tot dit lou is.
Week die surrdeeg in 'n bietjie water (lou) en voeg saam
met res van bestanddele by.
Laat 6 ure staan. Syg deur en bottel - kurk toe.
Na 12 uur is die bier gereed vir gebruik. Verkoel voor opdiening.
