Ingredients

Kors:
5/8 kop. ( 10 eetl. ) meelblom.
knippie sout.
1/2 tl. suiker.
1/8 tl. kremetart.
4 eetl. margarien.
1/2 eiergeel.

Vulsel:
Maak 'n witsous van :
1 eetl. margarien.
1/2 kop. melk.
1 eetl. meelblom.
Klits 1 eier en voeg dit by die witsous.

Voeg Ook Die Volgende By Die Witsous:
1/4 tl. mosterd.
2 eetl. gesmelte margarien.
1 eetl. gekapte pietersielie.
1/2 kop. gerasperde kaas.
1/2 kop. gaar gemaalde vleis ( of fyn geblikte worsievleis )
1 eetl. gerasperde ui.

Directions

Kors:
Sif die meelblom, sout en kremetart saam. Voeg suiker by. Vryf die
margarien liggies in. Maak die deeg aan met die eiergeel en wanneer
dit te droog is, voeg 1 eetl. koue water by. Rol +- 1/8" dik uit. Sny in
sirkels en plaas in kolwyntjiepanne. Sit in yskas tot vulsel gereed is.

Vulsel:
Skep nou in die deeg in kolwyntjiepanne. Bak vir 20 minute teen
190 Grade C. Lewer +- 15 tertjies.
