Ingredients

1 kg prosseseer kaas
1 l lang lewe melk

Directions

Plaas die melk in 'n pot op die stoof oor matige hitte, en sny die kaas in
stukkies in die melk. Roer aanhoudend totdat die kaas gesmelt het om
klontjies te voorkom. Sodra die kaas heeltemal ingesmelt het, kan jy jou
eie inisiatief gebruik vir enige ekstras wat jy wil bysit; bv fyn biltong,
peper, ens. Dit maak 'n redelike groot hoeveelheid kaassmeer en is BAIE
goedkoper as die wat jy in die winkels aankoop en dis baie lekker!
