Ingredients

250 g. cheddarkaas.
250 g. meelblom.
1/2 tl. peper.
250 g. botter.
1/2 tl sout.
knippie rooi peper.

Directions

Sif die meelblom, sout, peper en rooipeper in 'n mengbak.Sny die
botter in klein stukkies en vryf dit in die gesifte meelmengsel. Rasper
die kaas nou by die mengsel en vryf goed in. Die deeg is baie ryk en
u sal vind dat dit in 'n plat pan gedruk kan word of in 'n kolwynpan -
netjie. Bak teen 230 Grade C tot ligbruin.
