Ingredients

1 Blik gekookte kondensmelk
1 Pakkie tennisbeskuitjies
750 ml Melk
75 ml Vlapoeier
3 Piesangs
1 Houertjie vars room
3 Teelepels suiker
Neute vir garnering (opsioneel)

Directions

1. Maak vla aan van 750ml melk en 75ml vlapoeier. Geen suiker nie, anders is dit te soet.
2. Meng die Karamelkondensmelk en die vla saam.
3. Breek tennisbeskuitjies in stukkies, maar nie te fyn nie, kan redelik grof wees.
4. Meng tennisbekuitjies by die vlamengsel.
5. Skep in 'n bak en verseël. Laat oornag in yskas.
6. Sny die piesangs in skywe bo-oor die koue mengsel.
7. Klits die room en suiker saam tot styf en smeer bo-oor die piesang.
8. Garneer met neute en plaas terug in die yskas tot benodig.
9. Bedien net so koud as nagereg of tert.
