(4 KG UITGEDROOG)

Ingredients

3 kg Bruismeel (1 ½ KG)
750 ml suiker (375 ml)
10 ml Sout (5 ml)
30 ml Bakpoeier (15 ml)
9 Eiers (Ekstra groot ) (5)
1 Liter karringmelk (2 500ml)
750 g Margarien (375 g)

Directions

Meng droë bestanddele.Voeg effens gesmelte margarien by. Meng deeglik tot
fyn krummels. Klits eiers goed. Klits melk daarby en voeg by mengsel. Meng
goed - knie heelwat vir beter tekstuur. Maak bolletjies so groot soos
hoendereiers en vul 6 gesmeerde beskuitpanne (afhangende van grootte van
panne). Bak teen 180º C vir een uur. Laat heeltemal afkoel. Breek in
stukke en droog 4 ure in oond teen 100º C. Bring ook 'n stukkie hiervan vir
my om te proe en geniet die res.
