Ingredients

2 kop. meelblom.
1/2 kop. margarien.
2 eetl. kookolie.
2 tl. bakpoeier.
1 tl. sout.
1 eier.

Directions

Sif meel, bakpoeier en sout. Vryf botter in meel todat dit soos mielie -
meel lyk. Gooi kookolie in holte. Klits eier baie goed en voeg by. Maak
aan met water tot slap deeg. Rol uit.

Vulse:
1 kg. gemaalde vleis, ui, aartappel, kook tot sag. Voeg kruie by en ge-
geskilde tamatie. Laaste 2 tl. kerriepoeier. Laat afkoel. Skep in kors
en bedek met kors. Bak in matige oond tot bruin. Bedien saam met slaaie.
