Ingredients

3 eierwitte
2½ k versiersuiker
1 1/3 k margarine
2 pakkies mariebeskuitjies
1 ¼ k glanskersies
2 ½ k klapper
5 ml vanilla

Directions

Klits eierwitte tot styf. Sif versiersuiker en klits by eierwitte. Smelt botter. Breek beskuitjies fyn. Sny glanskersies in kwarte. Meng botter, beskuitjies, glanskersies, klapper en vanilla goed met eierwitmengsel. Druk in pan, verkil en sny.
