Ingredients

1 blikkie soutvleis.
15 ml. Royal - bakpoeier.
2 eiers.
melk en water gemeng, genoeg om slap deeg te vorm.
500 ml. meelblom.
sout.
olie.
gekapte pietersielie.

Directions

Maak vleis fyn met vurk en voeg meel, bakpoeier, geklopte eiers, sout
en pietersielie by vleis. Meng met water en melk tot slap deeg. Verhit
olie in diep kastrol. Gooi lepelsvol van vleismengsel in olie; dit draai
self om. Braai tot bruin en laat afkoel. Gekapte uie kan ook bygevoeg
word indien verkies.
