Ingredients

2 eiers ( by kamertemperatuur )
210 g. strooisuiker ( 250 ml.)
15 ml. appelkooskonfyt.
150 g. koekmeelblom ( 315 ml.)
knippie sout.
5 ml. koeksoda.
30 ml. botter.
5 ml. asyn.
125 ml. melk.

Sous:
250 ml. room.
100 g. suiker.( 125 ml.)
100 g. botter.
125 ml. Suid-Afrikaanse Brandewyn.

Directions

Berei Poeding:
Klits eiers en strooisuiker deeglik saam tot lig en donsig.
Klits appelkooskonfyt by. Sif droë bestanddele 3 maal saam.
Smelt botter en voeg by asyn en melk. Vou droë bestanddele
beurtelings met melkmengsel by eiermengsel in. Giet beslag
in middelslag-gesmeerde oondvaste skottel. Bak in voorverhitte
oond teen 180 Grade C vir sowat 45 minute.

Berei Sous:
Smelt sousbestanddele saam en giet bo-oor poeding sodra dit uit
die oond kom. Steek gaatjies in poeding met vurk om sous te help
intrek. Dien warm op saam met room.
Hoop dat ek van hulp kon wees.
Bak dit, en geniet dit.
