Ingredients

Bv 500ml melk
En 2 eetl (maw 50ml) koekmeel
En so 2 eetl margarine
En bietjie sout.

Directions

Klits alles goed in 'n bak en sit dan in die mikro - hou aan kook (op 100%)
totdat dit sryf is maar jy moet dit kort-kort roer - elke 1 minuut - andersmaak dit klonte.

Sodra dit dan styf is - jy sal sien dit het dan ook darem al so 'n keer of wat geborrel - dan gooi ek net lekker baie kannelsuiker in = roer deur en skep in bakkies - ek gooi dan sommer weer kaneelsuiker bo-oor.
