Ingredients

30 ml (2 EL) Margarien
125 ml (½ kop) Suiker
2 Eiers, geskei
125 ml (½ kop) Koekmeelblom
5 ml (1TL) Bakpoeier
Knippie sout
500 ml (2 kop) Melk

Bolaag:
1 blik (397g) Kondensmelk
125 ml (½ kop) Suurlemoensap
2-3 Tennisbeskuitjies (gekrummel) (opsioneel)

Directions

1. Klits margarien en suiker saam.
2. Voeg eiergele by suikermengsel en meng goed.
3. Voeg droë bestanddele bymekaar.
4. Voeg meelmengsel by eiermengsel, daarna die melk. Meng goed.
5. Klits eierwitte styf en vou in mengsel.
6. Smeer 28cm tertbak en gooi mengsel in.
7. Bak by 180°C vir ± 30 minute of totdat dit gaar is en ligbruin bo-op.
8. Meng kondensmelk en suurlemoensap saam.
9. Wag totdat tert 'n bietjie terug gesak het nadat dit uit die oond
gehaal was. Smeer kondensmelk mengsel bo-op warm tert
10. Krummel Tennisbeskuitjies bo-oor.
