Ingredients

60 g Botter
125 g Strooisuiker
1 Groot Eier
15 ml Stroop
3 Fyngedrukte piesangs
½ teelepel sout
250 g Bruismeel
3 eetlepels melk

Directions

Smeer die pannetjie.
Klop botter tot sag, voeg strooisuiker by.
Meng piesangs met stroop en eier, gooi dit by bottermengsel.
Meng meel en sout en voeg by die piesangmengsel.
Meng alles goed, en gooi in pannetjie.
Bak ± 90 minute in voorverhitte oond van 180°C .
