Ingredients

250 ml Rou rys
15 ml Matige kerriepoeier
2,5 ml Sout
750 ml Dun hoendersop
1 Tamatie
1 Groen soetrissie
250 ml Ingemaakte geelperskeskywe
30 - 45 ml Perskestroop
30 ml Fyn gekapte ui
30 ml Mayonnaise
5 ml Suiker
Slaaiblare

Directions

1. Kook rys, kerriepoeier en sout in die sop tot gaar.
2. Skil tamatie, haal pitte uit en kap res van tamatie op.
3. Doop soetrissie 1 minuut lank in kookwater ontpit en kap in stukkies.
4. Sny perskeskywe in stukkies.
5. Meng nou al die bestanddele by die res en skep op slaaiblare.
