Ingredients

45 ml (3 e) botter
45 ml (3 e) strooisuiker
250 m (1 k) fyngekapte gemmerkoekies
15 ml (1 e) kakao
45 ml (3 e) water
310 ml (1 ¼ k) dik room styf geklop
15 ml (1 e) brandewyn
1 groot eier

Directions

Smeer 'n 1 kg broodpan liggies met botter of bespuit
Voer uit met bakpoeier en smeer weer
Smelt botter en suiker in kastrol
Verwyder van plaat en voeg beskuitjieskrummels by
Roer deur en laat afkoel
Druk die helfte van die mengsel op die bodem van die broodpan vas
verkoel
Los die kakao in die water op en vou by die room in
Roer brandewyn by
Klits die eierwit tot dit stywe punte vorm en vou in
Giet die mengsel oor die beskuitjies in die pan
Maak gelyk en strooi die orige krummelmengsel bo-oor
Bedek en bevries ongeveer 2 - 3ure verkieslik oornag tot hard
Keer uit en bedien met sjokoladesous
