Ingredients

250 ml stampkoring
1 x 410 g blik perskeskywe
1 soetrissie
2 ml mosterdpoeier
125 ml mayonaisse
sout
peper
1 kookappel 1 uitjie

Directions

Kook stampkoring sowat 45 min of tot sag - gooi in vergiettes en spoel met
koue water af. Laat goed dreineer -
Meng mayonnaisse en mosterd . Kap ui - sny appel in dobbelsteentjies en
ontpit - sny soetrissies in repe.
Dreineer perskes en sny kleiner. Plaas alle bestanddele in slaaibak. Geur
met sout en peper en meng met twee vurke.
