Ingredients

2 pond tamaties
half pond bruin suiker
1 k asyn
half pond sultanas
1 e mosterd
1 e fyn gemmer
1 e sout
2 uie, in dun skyfies gesny
kwart t rooipeper

Directions

1. Skil die tamaties af (dompel hulle 'n paar minute lank in kookwater en daarna in koue water om die skilletjies los te maak) en sny hulle fyn.
2. Meng al die Bestanddele en kook dit stadig in 'n emaljekastrol tot dit die regte dikte het. Roer dit af en toe om te voorkom dat dit brand.
3. Bottel terwyl dit warm is en verseël dit sodat geen metal met die blatjang in aanraking kom nie.
