Ingredients

125 ml sterk swart koffie
62.5 ml brandewyn
2 groot eiers geskei
125g Bakers Boudior beskuitjies
25 ml strooi suiker
10 ml addisionele brandewyn
10 ml kakao
150g la campania mascarpone kaas

Directions

Meng koffie en 62.5 ml brandewyn.
Doop beide kante van die beskuitjies in die mengsel en rangskik op die bodem van 'n vlak bak. Bedek die bodem van die bak met die beskuitjies. Gooi die oorblywende stroop oor die beskuitjies.
Room geel van eiers (geskei) en strooisuiker saam tot dit dik en geel is. Voeg 10 ml brandewyn en la Campania kaas by die eiermengsel en meng tot glad. Klits die eier witte tot styf, en vou in die eiermengsel in. Gooi die mengsel oor die beskuitjies. Los in die yskas vir 4 ure tot dit geset is. Besprinkel met kakao voor dit bedien word. Bedien 4 - 6 porsies.
Jy kan die beskuitjies in twee lae pak, en dit met 'n bietjie room en selfs kaneel bo-op bedien.
