500ml ultramel vla
fyn neute
250ml room
sjerrie na smaak
1 blik ingelegde perskes
2 x rooi jellie
2 x groen jellie

Directions

Los jellie op in die yskas die vorige aand. Krap jellie met die vurk. Begin met die koek. Gooi bietjie sjerrie oor die koek. Pak dan 'n laag perskes, 'n laag jellie, 'n laag neute, 'n laag vla en dan weer koek, jellie, neute en vla. Eindig met room. Versier met neute en gerasperde flake of pepermint crisp.
