VETVRYE ALL-BRAN BESKUIT

Ingredients

250 g All-bran + 100 g klapper 1 kg bruismeel
400 g suiker 2 t bakpoeier
1 t sout 1 k sonneblomsade/pekanneute
500 ml appelsap ½ t asyn
½ t koeksoda ½ k afgeroomde melk
3 eiers

Directions

Meng ½ t asyn, ½ t koeksoda en ½ K afgeroomde melk (eie karringmelk!). Laat staan 'n rukkie. Klits 3 eiers saam met 500 ml appelsap. Voeg droë bestanddele by en meng alles saam. Gooi in een groot of twee kleiner gesmeerde pan(ne). Bak + 1 uur by 160?C. Sit foelie bo-oor. Sny met elektriese mes.
