(bedien as 'n ligte maaltyd saam met slaai of as 'n voorgereg)

Ingredients

10 middelmatige aartappels, geskil, en gaargekook
Sout en peper na smaak
3 eetlepels botter of margarine
1 ui, gekap
1 pak (450g) bevrore stokvis (of gebruik meer as jy 'n groter brood wil maak)
3 eetlepels gekapte pietersielie
1 eetleper gerasperde parmesaankaak
wit van 1 eier
1 eetlepel water

Directions

- Voorverhit oond tot 190caC
- Maak aartappels fyn en geur met sout en peper.
- Smelt botter in 'n pan en roerbraai die ui en vis tot gaar.
- Meng met die aartappels
- Voeg kaas en pietersielie by
- Gebruik waspapier en rol die mengsel in 'n broodvorm
- Plaas op 'n bakplaat
- Klits eierwit liggie en meng met die water.
- Verf oor die visbrood en bak tot goudbruin.

Bedien Met Die Volgende Sous:
Prut 3 eetlepel asyn, 1 eetlepel suiker, 3 eetlepels tamatieblatjang, 2
gekapte knoffelhuisies en 1 eetlepel sojasous saam in 'n pan.
