(Makes: 6 Servings)

Ingredients

1/3 cup minced onions
1 tablespoon bacon drippings
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups diced cooked potatoes
2 1/2 cups chopped cooked corned beef
2 tablespoons fat.

Directions

Brown onions in drippings in skillet, add pepper, potatoes and beef and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties and saute in hot fat.
