PINEAPPLE SALSA

Ingredients

12 slices fresh or canned pineapple, drained
2 green onions, sliced thinly
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 small red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped or 2 teaspoons dried cilantro
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 drops sesame oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Grill the pineapple slices until marks appear on both sides.
Dice the grilled pineapple.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple with the remaining ingredients. Mix to combine well.
